Assignment #6 - Light


F/11 - 1/125s - ISO100 - 39mm taken @ noon


F/11 - 1/30s - ISO100 - 39mm taken @ sunset

F/16 - 1/100s - ISO100 - 55mm 'Sunny 16 rule'

This weeks lesson was on light, the assignment was to take two shots with the same composition at noon and then sunrise or sunset, to see the difference the light really makes to a shoot. We were also taught the 'Sunny 16 rule' and asked to take a picture to demonstrate the settings you must use to get perfect exposure everytime.

These are all very appealing to me. I think the lighting in the second shot is my favorite.

light plays a huge difference, doesn't it? The sunset light is much softer. Nice one- and the sunset/clouds in the post below is awesome!
